Spirituality as a dimension of wellness, does not involve angels, hermits in a cave or psychics and those following a religious faith. It involves you and your own journey. It is beneficial for everyone: Greater self-confidence and self-esteem as you are true to yourself rather than the doctrines and ways imposed upon you.

Harrogate allows people of all faiths to follow their path of self-discovery. It is an open-minded and tolerant town with churches of all faiths, welcoming the methods practiced in all four corners of the world. It also has plenty of activities and resources to help stimulate you along this journey of self-awareness and spiritual growth.
