Mindful sessions for parents and their little babes. I wish this had been around when I had just become a new mum!
I had the great pleasure of meeting and chatting with Jo who runs the classes in Harrogate during a meet-up of the Harrogate Girl Tribe Gang. She is the most genteel creature and most suited to head up these classes. Her caring nature and desire to help others are the best tools for this area of healing, nurturing and support.

What to expect
The sessions gently follow seven steps of relaxation; Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax. But what really makes Baby Mindful unique is that the sessions acknowledge the importance for parents to have a sense of calm, as it is for babies.
