Spirituality as a dimension of wellness, does not involve angels, hermits in a cave or psychics and those following a religious faith. It involves you and your own journey. It is beneficial for everyone: Greater self-confidence and self-esteem as you are true to yourself rather than the doctrines and ways imposed upon you.
Forever evolving not set in its ways established on old precepts. To progress and find fulfillment we need to have meaning and purpose in our lives, not be hemmed in and limited.
